All raw materials for Ripped Labz products are obtained overseas and then encapsulated, bottled, and packaged inside the UK. No raw materials for Ripped Labz products are produced inside the UK. Most of our raw material suppliers overseas hold GMP certification issued from local government authorities. Ripped Labz has conducted thorough due diligence on all of our raw material suppliers including proper background checks, R&D Certifications, and company registration documents.

Cancellation Policy

At Ripped Labz Nutrition Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, in the event that you wish to cancel your order, under the United Kingdom distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item(s) within a period of 7 working days (commencing from the date the goods are received). This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for purchases where the item(s) has been used.

Goods must then be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund for your order.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and obtain proof of posting from your local post office. You must ensure they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item.

Offers on our website may differ from our other promotions. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

 

What is your returns policy?​

Return Policy & Purchase Agreement www.rippedlabz.co.uk allows all purchases made through www.rippedlabz.co.uk official store, to be returned with 14 days, if your order meets any of the requirements below. 1. If the order is lost by the carrier on it's way to your address, or if you receive it in the mail and it's damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement of the exact same items. Proof of not receiving the item, or proof of the damaged item is necessary in order to be eligible. 2. If you received the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund, upon you returning the item to Ripped Labz. We will raise a return request at our expense. 3. If you receive your item on time, and it's the correct product, you are not eligible for a return. Unless their is an error in any way on rippedlabz.com or from it's staff, customers are not eligible for a return once it has shipped and been processed. Are your products legal in my Country / CUSTOMS LAWS?

Ripped Labz RESEARCH CHEMICALS are legal and are ONLY SOLD for research purposes only. They are not meant for Human Consumption. It is the responsibility of you the buyer to research and to know your local customs office procedures regarding SARMs products. If a product you order is shipped and held / destroyed by your local customs office then there will unfortunately be no refund offered and Ripped Labz will not be held responsible. When ordering from overseas please check with your local customs office for the products that we sell and if they are able to be shipped from the United Kingdom to your Country. Your package may be subject to additional duties and taxes which are to be paid by you the buyer. Ripped Labz has no control over such costs and is not liable for such charges.

 

How long is delivery and when will the goods be shipped?

Ripped Labz dispatches your goods as soon as payment is clear. Our preferred method of payment for 100% buyer and seller security is credit card payment. We currently support all major Worldwide credit and debit cards such as MasterCard and Visa.

Delivery times vary from UK Express next day to 7-14 working days for international orders. A shipping notification and tracking will be sent to your email address so always include this in your order instructions. UK Customers must spend over £60 to receive FREE economy delivery and must select the correct shipping option at order checkout.

International customers have the option of economy postal delivery or express courier delivery. Postal deliveries are usually delivered within 7-14 business days as an average but delays can happen. We encourage customers to check their tracking information for updates on their package but sometimes tracking is delayed. If your postal order takes longer than the average delivery time, then there is little Ripped Labz can do as the postal service does not have customer services to track a delayed package unlike a major courier service. Ripped Labz can only intervene after 28 working days to raise a claim for a missing or delayed package. Please bare this in mind when ordering from us. You have the option to pay the extra charge for an express delivery via courier which usually takes between 2-5 business days.

Ripped Labz are not to be held responsible for missing or delayed orders via couriers or the postal service. If a package is deemed to be lost or delivered incorrectly then we will honor the order by sending it again once only.
